Our founder and managing member, Amy Zhang, CPA, is professionally and academically trained in the accounting field.  With years of experience in the investment company industry, she understands partner allocations, capital structures, industry practices and generally accepted accounting principles. She holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and has dedicated her entire career to public accounting. 

With years of audit experience, we identify potential audit issues from day one, and communicate with the fund manager and auditor on a timely basis.

You will work directly with Amy, a seasoned CPA, not a first-year junior associate or a sales representative.  Get answers fast without the delay of overbearing decision makers.

We only work with a select number of clients.  We understand our clients’ business objectives and help them determine their accounting needs.  We also work with our clients to tailor an appropriate billing structure that is charged either on a flat-rate or hourly basis, or a combination of both.  We are a believer of ethical billing and only charge for work that adds value.
